Unsuprisingly, the #Tories have built up an #election 'war chest' of donations that is more than the legal limit that they can spend on an election campaign.... their rich donors have been generous (if perhaps a little optimistic?).
Labour have 'only' raised just under £22mn, over £10mn short so far of the election cap of £35mn.
There Tories largest donation cam from the Phoenix Partnership, a #healthcare firm who donated £5mn, while the firms CEO also donated £5mn;
wonder why they did that?
