I agree. I think it is funny that the food trends change every couple years among different demographics and they all think they are on to the new correct thing. Its silliness. I observe nature and go with my instincts about what is best for me. I eat soy, very little meat and dairy. And I am a beast of a man. It's just trendy here or be a carnivore that hates seed oils, fruits, soy, and veggies for some reason. 🤷

There are a lot of ways to eat. But not one right way.
