I don't personally see a good reason to offer those services under this umbrella. It's enough of an uphill battle to try and convince/teach friends to move to Mastodon/the Fediverse from IG. A lot of (nontechnical don't live at a computer) people don't even have a need or desire for something like Matrix. I use it, and if anyone here was curious and wanted to get on it there are plenty of reliable servers they could use I would recommend.
XMMP even less so, I get why it's good but good luck teaching anyone non-techy to set it up and use it. Needs some serious improvement in clients and such. I don't even bother with it myself.
I'm more interested I trying to offer pixelfed, because I think that would be a hit but I don't see a point in trying before the mobile apps are finished and out of beta.
