My paneer became paneer, but I didn't let it dry out enough before I decided to fry it.
It fell apart and I realized I was just frying cheese in ghee. So my decision in that moment was to turn what was in my pan into the filling for a grilled cheese, and it wasn't half bad with some hot sauce.
