Financial Times has a really good look at Russia forcing civilians out of Kherson using drones for bombing.

I fly drones. In particular, I fly the same drones as the ones Russia used.

So from the video - they're DJI Mavic drones with bombs strapped to them. It's a very, very low cost operation. The bombs will be very light as they can't carry much, and you need to clip payloads on. You also need line of sight to the drone, so the operator won't be too far away, height depending.
