radical reducing discounts (& thus the incentive to 'flip') right-to-buy homes & lengthening qualifying residency;
Easing restrictions of land-use (especially #greenbelt lands of 'low value' environmentally);
Changing compulsory purchase regulations to allow Councils to buy unused development land at steeper discounts.
Lots to discuss but moving in the right direction?
