I find that shocking,I really cant understand how 50 percent of parents can say that its not their responsibilty to toilet train their children,,whose do they think it is ? the rest was pretty shocking too
School staff reported that 39% of children in Reception struggle to hold a pencil, 37% are unable to dress independently, 25% do not have basic language skills and 24% are not toilet trained.
And 28 percent incorrectly used books,some tried to tap them or swipe them like tablets
