Another call after I emailed on the case to say that their assertion 1 and 2 could not be correct (large parcel, 1kg or more) and that I suspect assertion 3 (sender specified post office) is also incorrect as one of the 3 parcels has been delivered.
Caller backed down on assertion 1 and 2, holds out on 3. They might be right, but the sender's website clearly says signature required, not will be delivered to PO.
I am willing to admit if I was wrong, will let you know.
