I suspect in the coming months ReformUK's existence as a limited company rather than a political party may come to be seen as a political vulnerability rather than a politically 'smart move', by both those who seek to attack Tice & Fararhe and by the 'party' itself as various organisations seek to apply to ReformUK the sorts of legal actions that have been successful against companies who have been complicit in illegality in the past....
