Sent an Australian super fund an email about getting my (tinY) balance transferred to KiwiSaver. Got an automatic reply (possibly AI) telling me to call an Australia-only 13 contact number. Escalated my enquiry to be told that this is the ONLY form of contact I can use to ask my question. So I ask if there is an actual phone number I can use to reach the contact centre (there usually is one) but was told this is “confidential”.
