Well that was fun. Woke up this morning to find my INBOX was corrupted with all kinds of “.mix" errors about missing files and indexes out of order. Ended up hacking together a stupid Python script to reformat all the .mix files into a standard Unix mbox. I didn't lose any messages but now every single message is back to unread. 🙁
