I love the fact there's so much native forest replanting going on around country. I get that you're never going to get 100% survival rates when planting Zone 5 (in permaculture jargon, mostly unmanaged reserve area). But...
... I do wonder how much ecological knowledge is being applied to decisions about what gets planted where, and when.
