First time for many weeks I have the urge to bake. I love malt loaf but the commercial one has palm oil in it so I thought I'd check out the recipe and was amazed to find, other than for greasing, it contains not fat at all. Only issue was finding malt extract which I got yesterday in Brecon. Its in the oven now so 🤞🤞
