I'm almost sure that Bluesky will repeat Gab's story. A high-profile event that trigger mass exodus to the new app, then gradual drop in app usage with users slowly, one by one, returning to the original app.
Maybe it's just impossible to create imitation of one of well-established apps and attract mass userbase.
