This is why a) health data services scare the living whatsits out of me* (extremely private info, often scarily outdated systems, etc), and why b) ORGANISATIONS SHOULD KEEP ABSOLUTELY MINIMUM DATA.
* And thus I refuse to use them, including the ones doctors etc keep pushing one to use for appointments, results etc.
