Hey #MastoAdmin time to flex those upgrade muscles again! There are new releases which cover a critical issue (9.4/10) in a Sidekiq dependency, an XML processing dependency, as well as issues specific to Mastodon around the Streaming API and use of external authentication providers.

Like the last critical issue, this one is important enough the team has backported to 4.0 and 3.5 branches even though they're still considered end of life.
