Yeah, I see all network relations as mutualistic. The network around an identity grows from the identity and that will change to some degree as the network changes. If one is not benefitting their network AND also benefiting from their network, they won't be part of that it for very long. I don't think of identity as static, I guess is what im saying. I am not an island or an anchor.
