of course by design, these click-through flows get in people's way when we're trying to do work, so most people are annoyed by them. even the intended audience, people who are likely to have serious confusion that reduces their overall use of the software, are unlikely to understand that the popups are trying to be helpful, because it's an interruption and it's clutter.
