Here's an idea worth thinking about. In a new report for New Financial, Tony Nangle suggests that one way of transforming the UK's #investment problem would be to start backing State pension commitments for the #publicsector with assets (making the pensions 'funded').
Recognising the likely #political problem(s) this might entail, he nonetheless makes an interesting case for a shift that would make sense.... worth a read if #pensions & #investment are your thing...
