we have new ladies. We are swiching our #chicken hens to #Australorps
I was not really satisfied witht the functions i could observe on the Bielefelder Kennhuhn chickens we've had. So decided to swich to Australorps to have slight different functions.
Aim is to be able to process more leftovers from the garden and to lower our grain usage for feed. We'll accept a shorter range of egg supply therefor.
