Seems like a few choice emails from their account will stop that behavior.
When I worked at a firm, we would sit. People up for the gay mailing list which was sent everything CC so everyone on the list saw everyone else. They would get "I didn't know you were gay" and they would have to figure out how to not say they weren't and violated company security and also not gay so all the others would ask him out.
They only messed up once.
