Sacrosanctity of the peoples tribunes in Ancient Rome is my favorite concept from Roman Law, I love to bring it up anytime, but now it is actually relevant.
Captain Ibrahim Traore is sacrosanct, harming him literally means harming god, because people all over Africa are swearing an oath of revenge on whoever tries to harm him. Really powerful stuff.
