Please trust me that it’s entirely ethical and above board and all goats are super happy about the humans. It’s the most oxytocin I’ve experienced outside of giving birth to my own actual infant. The year Orion was a toddler, somebody handed me a hungry goatling that started suckling my fingers and my milk let down before I could hand it back to the feeding pen people.
I’ve also owned a goat and gleefully gave that fucker away on Craigslist when we moved. They’re at their best when tiny!
