DVMs can run directly as an Android app. They can run over the data on Citrine, use Amber to decrypt the user's private content, listen to Nostr notifications from Pokey and even request other phone permissions, like access to the users photos or GPS, for instance.
For those interested in creating one, if you publish your DVM header event to Citrine, Amethyst will immediately show it just like all the other DVMs. It's all there already.
