Never in all my years of programming did I think I'd feel like the weird one. It doesn't help that I had kept myself in a FOSS bubble for the majority of my career. I am the only stubborn Martian, working full time in WSL2. People are confused by relative line numbers. Many don't even know what Vim is. I have only met one other dev who is comfortable with the Linux command line.
After a year of working in government, I am happy to report that I am still the weird one.
