You follow maybe 90 persons, and that’s a pretty small number. If we block all incoming messages out of that you’re limiting to a small resonance box. Sure something is needed but maybe there are other options? Would it be possible to create a user rating? (Downvoting option, time since user creation, PoW rating…). Maybe being naive there
