When I was 17, I contemplated what a decentralized freedom of speech technology would look like. I left social media all together because I thought it was toxic.
During Covid, I quietly viewed twitter through a web browser on an anon account. The censorship regime was deeply disturbing to me. I tried thinking of ways that I could create something to defeat it.
Nostr is the reality of the vision I imagined. It’s here, it works, and it will win in the long run.
