At least Amethyst, Primal, Iris, Snort, Coracle, Nostrudel, and Nostur have some sort of trending algorithm or DVM allowing users to create their own custom feed of content, including what's hot or trending. Yesterday, I launched this bot to help people catch up on trending notes no matter what client they're using.
