NOTE from #Debian:
"During testing of the 12.3 release, we were notified of a ext4 data corruption bug in the Linux kernel version 6.1.64-1 (
https://bugs.debian.org/1057843). As this is the default filesystem used for our installations, this is considered to be a show-stopper. We decided not to release the 12.3 images. The plan is to create a new point release (12.4) including just a kernel update (as version 6.1.66-1) and we will create new images to match."
