JPMC are in court on average once a month for a plethora of repeated financial and other crimes. They have payed many billions of dollars in fines. For them it's just the cost of doing their dirty business. Same for other 'systemically important' banks. Generally, nothing ever happens to their CEOs or licenses. They pretty much just get to repeat offend indefinitely. Why? Because as the institutional face of international organized crime, with the power to take down the system, they generally can do what they want. This has been going on for a long time. They're not going to give it up easily. But if the world is going to get out of its doom loop, this stranglehold has to be broken..
