Scrapping the requirement on landlords to ensure all rental properties had a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of grade C or higher, from 2025
So a boon to the #rackrent class at the expense of lower income families - but not a well targetted wedge measure, given few of them could ever be expected to vote #labour
There is absolutely no justification for this move with any ethical merit
