Depends on what you truly want from social media.
If your goal is connecting with people then leaving wouldn’t improve your health unless your people aren’t here/responding.
If you find your true motivation is validation from other people responding to you. Then a full detox may actually be healthy.
There are many other motivations too.
But it seems like you are saying you’re not getting what you want out of social media and I hope that changes for you. 🫂
