I was feeling blue, yesterday, and completed an online self-assessment that suggested moderate #depression. I am quite a bit better this morning. That's partly because I added a new bird species to my life list, yesterday. It is a field sparrow, a common bird that I should have seen a long time ago, but one that just never crossed my path or was never before was in clear view for positive identification. A yellow-headed blackbird is another bird that I should have seen by now but I never have. I am looking forward to a #birding #hike in a few minutes.
