zach (npub1zac…5dy5) do you have any thoughts on the ideal way to onboard new users to an nsec? Flockstr has a nice “email+password”, but I wonder if with a frost enabled nsec bunker setup under the hood new users could generate a new, secure, and tranferable nsec with a ux similar if not better than traditional auth. Distributed account backup/recovery?
Here's a demo of my new Nsecbunker implementation with FROST signatures! This works by creating a 2-of-2 frost signature scheme, which means that unless both a malicious client and bunker conspire to rug you at the same time, you are safe. 🧵
