Frozen pineapple diced
Fresh semi frozen banana
Sweet Greek yogurt
Fresh pineapple wedge for garnish 1 pie Fresh mint leaves also for garnish
Granulated sugar
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 cups
3 pieces 1⁄4 cup full
1⁄4 cup
2 tbsp full
Preparation
1. Clean the fruit well and peel of the hard backs then cut into smaller bits
2. Clean the blender well then add the frozen pineapple and the banana
3. Add the lemon and granulated sugar with little fresh mints leaves
4. Lastly add the sweet yogurt and little cold water then blend everything together until you achieve a very smooth consistency
5. Garnish with pineapple wedge and fresh mint leave
6.Serve cold or chilled
