if he around who knows... his place, —don Juan's Wirikuta—, is however there surrounded by on going battlefields... afaik it is still accessible to visitors (nearest town still has bookings up)...
it may be my paranoid talking but if planning to come visit i may suggest to doing it soonish that still is mild safe...
