Just answered this on X to a #Nostr user who said it was dead. Similar to how people for the last 14 years have said bitcoin is dead.
Adoption will come in waves (exactly like Bitcoin but faster) as people realize that ANY centralized service must eventually turn on them/surveil them.
Each rug pull - creating more long term users and users that don’t get the message the first time and trust again.
With that adoption + all of the expanding use cases, eventually hitting an acceleration point that explodes.
