Mucho satisfaction when the archivist doesn't know the location/subject but I do. It's labelled "Ireland-England" because they know the photographer visited both. While Dublin buses were virtually the same then (1974) as London buses, I'd bet 100 punts that's Westminster Bridge, SW1
