The law brings improvements for alternative app stores which can benefit #FreeSoftware:
- Discrimination against third party app developers is banned. Smartphones providers should not unfairly threat developers
- Thirds party app stores should not be discriminated against smartphone providers. Developers should be able to access functions in OS controlled by providers
