For people who follow British politics, the return of David Cameron -- a remainer -- is an admission by this Tory Prime Minister that Brexit has been a complete and total failure.
I mean, the rest of the world knows it, but it is astonishing to see this tacit admission by a Conservative Prime Minister, if not in words, then in deeds.
