This is regarding btc held on central exchanges, am I correct?
I do not have any btc, on or off exchanges, I am just a fan of the technology (gee I always wanted to buy, but now that it's at 100k it's too expensive and I am too late to the party), but, since it targets exchange holdings, don't they know everything about your wealth already, anyway?
Not complying sounds like asking for trouble down the line.
