I mean. It's such a tired argument.
If you ever taken any kind of flight training you would understand that this simply isn't possible.
Where exactly would these "chems" be stored? In the jetfuel? In auxiliary tanks? Where?
Weight and balance is critically important on these massive planes flying long distances.
The idea of them storing enough of additional liquid or gas onboard to do anything significant is completely absurd.
Between this or denying the moon landing... I don't know which idea is sillier.
