When I told my husband last night that I was having my first ever perimenopause hot flash, he said: that's exciting!!
So I feel like I deserve some recognition for protecting this man from my PMS for 25 years, apparently?? 😅
He was also not in the room when my GP told me that having had PND twice, it's a fairly safe bet that I'm not going to have a good perimenopause 🫠
