So, in mid-afternoon instead of writing I went to the GP surgery for a scheduled diabetes check-up (no bad news), then got home and had a delayed post-exercise crash and slept until 7:30pm and that's my day. FML.
(On the other hand the NHS semaglutide shortage for diabetics is over so I'm doubling my dose again, from tomorrow.)
