I thought about what you want to do. I recommend a map gas torch. Bernzomatic is a good brand. Not sure if they are sold in Germany. You can definitely solder with it a possibility braze steel with it. I did a write up on my feed and tagged you. As far as materials any materials for soldering copper gutters or plumbing will work.
