You can't not pay taxes without completely othering yourself and risking everything you supposedly own. You'd need to earn money under the table (fine until CBDCs), figure out paying cash or going through a lot of hoops to have an account and then also have every transaction tracked, and very likely not own property or a vehicle that requires registration.
