The debate is scheduled to begin at 11am on Friday, 9, and end on Tuesday, 13, at the same time. Minister Alexandre de Moraes, the rapporteur of the criminal action, had requested an extraordinary 24-hour session for the collegiate to analyze the theme. In the dispatch, Moraes highlighted that the process will follow normally until the deliberation of the Panel. Earlier, the President of the Court, Luís Roberto Barroso, sent to the First Panel the letter sent by the President of the Chamber, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), to communicate about the vote in the House. Behind the scenes, the assessment is that the ministers will reject the Chamber's resolution, maintaining only the suspension of a portion of the action against Ramagem that deals with crimes of damage to public property and deterioration of a listed heritage, committed after his diploma. The Court had already signaled to Congress, more than once, that this would be the limit for the suspension. In addition to the movement, already within the pivot action of the possible suspension, the parties Rede and PDT have asked the STF to declare the resolution adopted by the Chamber of Deputies on the 7th unconstitutional. The parties point out supposed offenses to the principles of the separation of powers, the due process of law, equality, and administrative morality. The PSOL is also expected to present an action to the STF on the same matter.\nhttps://jornaldebrasilia.com.br/noticias/politica-e-poder/stf-marca-para-esta-sexta-9-analise-de-suspensao-de-processo-contra-ramagem/",
