Yet I saw a claim today that "no one on the right side of history has ever been on the side of censorship," even though censorship has occurred almost everywhere since there has been writing. The trick is to claim that a certain side ultimately _will_ be the winner in the march of history. Since no one can know for sure, you can claim anything you want is the "right side of history."
