That would not solve the problem, which is a person in a position of authority using that authority to treat other people rudely, and other people in authority not doing anything about that because they think it's more important to keep the guy who does a lot of work than to make sure their project treats people with respect. That's a systemic problem, not a "this one PR was handled poorly so I should open another one" problem.
