We have an entire team dedicated to complying with the alphabet agency cartels.
Every decision we make has to, to some extent or another, be taken through an “is this complaint” flow chart.
In December we will all do our annual AML training.
We can’t just do what’s best for the customer or the bottom line or the product, we must comply.
Hate on Binance all you want because they’re a “shitcoin casino” but your energy is better spent fighting the government regulation imposed on companies trying to work within the space.
You can’t be an ancap one day and cheer for government cartel crackdowns the next day.
